Barack Obama was about three hours away from becoming POTUS 44 when I ran straight in to Anderson Cooper! I seriously doubt he was actually speaking to someone on the other end the phone, but he would otherwise have never have made it to the Capitol on time what with everyone wanting to stop and chat with him while he was on his way.
